| Note | | Johnny had a lump on his nec, back of his ear.Dr Ferg had operated on his neck and sent Johnny walking home. Johnny died a number of hours after he got home. He kept asking for his brother Ben who was working out at the farm, but no one went to get Ben. Johnny died never seeing or saying goodbye to his closest brother. |
