(Probably it was Ceyon) - was a great story teller - was mayor of the city of Colombo, Ceylon - Major in Ceylon Garrison Artillery - was several times appointed Colonial Secretary of Ceylon and at one time served as Governor. - He was awarded the C.H.G. in 1921 in recognition of his service. | |
